UNC professor accused of using hidden camera in bathroom
GREELEY – A theater arts professor at the University of Northern Colorado has been put on administrative leave after he was arrested over accusations of sexual exploitation of children.
Police say Vance Fulkerson, 63, used a hidden camera in the bathroom of his Greeley home to record guests.
Fulkerson was arrested Thursday.
Police are recommending charges of sexual exploitation of children and unlawful sexual contact.
The latter charge derives from the “Peeping Tom” law.
Fulkerson was released from jail on a $5,000 bond.
9NEWS made several attempts Friday to contact Fulkerson, but those attempts were unsuccessful.

Fulkerson was my professor when I was in college, 1982-1986. He was without a doubt, a predator. Many times, he made a play for me…insinuating that if I didn’t go along he’d make things difficult for me. He is an evil man and deserves what’s coming to him.
